A group offering to take some time and sit with our breath and the emotions that tether or release it.

We’ll move through some fundamental breathing and into a meditation to hold space for the ways the wind in the body talks and asks us to listen.

Mondays are for the moon, so we hold space to allow us to sit with those feelings and fertilize the body for better health of body mind and spirit.
